John Perry is the current Chief Executive Officer at Bluefin. John has also previously served as the General Manager – Americas for the Payments Division at Transaction Network Services, Inc., the President and Chief Executive Officer at iPay Technologies, the EVP of Global Sales and Marketing at Ruesch International, and the Chairman and CEO of Spectrum EBP. John has also been a trustee at The Galloway School.

John Perry received their MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. They also attended the US Army Command and General Staff College. John Perry holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in General Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
