Billy Burke is an accomplished trader with significant experience in the financial industry. Currently at Flow Traders since January 2024, Billy specializes in ADRs and international equity trading. Prior to this role, Billy worked at Citadel Securities for nearly eleven years, focusing on OTC and ADR trading during a non-compete period. Billy's career began at KCG Holdings, Inc., where a vice president position in equity and cash trading was held from July 2007 to April 2013. Billy holds a Master of Science in Data Science from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Providence College, complemented by a high school diploma from Canterbury School.
