John Hoff is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Blue Skies Consulting, a firm established in 2002 aimed at assisting business leaders in implementing complex transformation projects. Under John's leadership, the company has expanded into a national practice and has consistently exceeded client expectations by investing in new markets and capabilities. Prior to Blue Skies Consulting, John held the position of Vice President at Plutus Enterprises from 1993 to 2001 and worked as an IT Consultant at Ernst & Young for a brief period in 1992. John completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics with a Specialization in Computing at UCLA from 1987 to 1991.
