Jade Law is a senior engineer for custom engineering services. Jade has been in this role since May of 2007 and has been with the company since April of 2013. Jade specializes in creating, selling, and QAing custom solutions for clients using proprietary and standard technology.

Jade is also responsible for managing intracompany websites promoting the team and cross-functional groups. In addition, they develop new revenue schemes, documents standard team processes, and enhances current processes.

Jade has consistently exceeded quarterly revenue targets and has been the highest profit earner year-over-year from 2009 to 2013. Jade has also exceed client satisfaction targets of 91% satisfaction (with 94% satisfaction of scores of 9-10).

In their role as a mentor and teacher for new hire consultants and engineers for Professional Services, Jade leads user experience and user testing calls with clients, writes technical specifications for a new console and reports, and creates client-facing documentation for Business Intelligence, a new global SSRS reporting project addition for APX.

Jade Law has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley in English Literature and Japanese. Jade also has an Improv Program from the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre. Jade has a User Experience Design Immersive from General Assembly in UX Design. Jade also has a Japanese language and Japanese Theirtory from the University of Tsukuba. Lastly, they have a Narrative Genre Improv from the Impro Theatre School.
