Ashleigh Norris is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience across various sectors, including healthcare and education. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Corporate Communications at Blue Shield of California since April 2022, Ashleigh leads the corporate communications strategy for commercial growth and digital transformation efforts. Prior roles include Director of Communications at the Minnesota Department of Education, where leadership was provided for internal, external, and executive communications, as well as previous positions in public relations, marketing, and media relations. Ashleigh holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Minnesota, along with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and English from Northern Michigan University.
