Andy Shafer is the President of Shafer Insurance Agency since January 1997. With a Bachelor's degree in General Business from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, Andy's goal is to make Shafer Insurance the premier agency in East Tennessee through customer satisfaction, value, and community service. Additionally, Andy serves as a Board Member for Home Federal Bank, offering expertise to guide the decisions of the institution.
