Margaret Hodges MHRM, SHRM-SCP is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Vice President and Director of Engagement and Talent Acquisition at Blue Ridge Bank. In this role, Margaret Hodges collaborates with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, emphasizing employee engagement and the development of a diverse and inclusive workforce.
