Chris Payne is an Associate Director of Customer Integrations and Strategy at Cover Genius since March 2022, specializing in embedded protection through the award-winning XCover platform. Prior experience includes significant roles at GE Power from July 2015 to March 2022, where Chris served as a Senior Project Manager in Repairs Process Excellence, driving global projects to enhance communication and reduce quality risks. Chris also held various positions in the Process Excellence organization, focusing on the implementation of SAP PowerMax ERP and improving master data controls. Earlier experiences include roles at Cargill and Bemis Company, where Chris managed process modifications and capital projects. Chris holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, attained in 2015, and possesses Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
