Madhuri Narravula has four years of work experience in various roles. Madhuri started their career in 2009 as an HR Intern at ITC Limited - Paper Board Industries, where they completed a project on attrition. The same year, they also worked as an HR Assistant at Sutherland Global Services. In 2013, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Representative at Frontline, Inc., where they were responsible for business to business sales for Quill and Medical Arts Press campaigns, as well as interviewing and coaching new members of the sales team. Madhuri also held the role of Chief Executive Officer at Blue Pebble Solutions, Inc. in the same year.

Madhuri Narravula has a diverse educational background. In 2011 and 2012, they completed a Certificate Program in Human Resource Development and Management at the University of California, Davis. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Development and Management from Auroras Business School in 2008 to 2010. In 2005 to 2008, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in Tourism and Hospitality Management from the National Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Management. Additionally, they have a certification in Human Resource Development and Management from UC Davis Extension.
