Craig Longmore currently serves as the Quality Assurance Manager at Blue Mountain Homes Limited, focusing on ensuring that every child in care is heard, cared for, and encouraged to have ambition. Previously, Craig held various roles at Derbyshire County Council, including Assistant Quality and Commissioning Manager, Leaving Care Worker, Personal Adviser, and Youth Worker, where efforts were concentrated on engaging hard-to-reach NEET young people and supporting youth clubs. Craig also worked as a Functional Skills Tutor at Nacro, assisting young offenders in developing essential skills. Educationally, Craig earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Youth and Community Work from Sheffield Hallam University.
