Nick Lefeber has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Nick started their career at Sarah Cannon as a Senior Analyst in August 2009, where they worked until July 2012. Nick then joined DaVita Inc. in September 2014 as the Director of Operations, Integrated Care, a position they held until August 2017. In September 2017, they were promoted to Senior Director, Commercial Value-Based Care at DaVita, where they worked until May 2019. From November 2019 to May 2022, Nick served as the Vice President, Commercial Value-Based Care at DaVita Inc. Most recently, starting in May 2022, Nick joined Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island as the Senior Vice President, Value-Based Care.

Nick Lefeber attended Hopkins School from 2000 to 2004. Nick then went on to Middlebury College where they studied from 2004 to 2008.
