Jim Black has over four decades of experience at MetLife, currently serving as the Lead Network Engineer since February 2019. Prior to this role, Jim Black held the position of Principal Data Center Design and Architecture and was the Director of the Contact Center and Call Flow Experience team. Jim Black's educational background includes studies at Harvard Business School from September 2016 to February 2017, a Bachelor's degree from Penn State completed in June 1984, and earlier education at Abington from 1976 to 1980.
