Kristen Kim is a seasoned professional in digital marketing with extensive experience across various roles and organizations. Currently serving as Senior Digital Channel Manager at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island since October 2013, Kristen has previously held the position of Digital Marketing Specialist at the same company. Prior to this, Kristen worked as Director of Online Marketing at Vertrue from January 2003 to May 2007 and as Senior Media Buyer at Cone Interactive from 1998 to 2000. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Media Studies from Syracuse University, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
