Jada Tabor MBA, MIS, currently serves as the Manager of Enterprise Business Process Management at Blue Cross NC, leading a team focused on driving Business Process Management maturity and cultivating a Continuous Improvement Community of Practice since October 2006. With a strong background in requirements management and governance, Jada has successfully managed key projects such as the migration of the enterprise requirements repository to HP ALM and has led teams in various roles, including system support and business analysis. Jada holds dual Master's degrees in Business Administration and Information Science from North Carolina Central University, a Certificate in Advanced Business Analysis from the University of Colorado Denver, and completed undergraduate studies in Business Administration at Saint Augustine's College.
