Fabrizio Infante currently serves as a Business Delivery Consultant and Quality Team Manager at Diligenta, a subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services, since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Team Leader, Subject Matter Expert, and Trainer at SYKES from July 2018 to September 2022, as well as a Customer Advisor at SYKES GLOBAL SERVICES LIMITED from July 2015 to August 2018. Fabrizio Infante is pursuing a degree in Environmental Studies at The Open University, expected to be completed in 2024, and has also attended Edinburgh College.
