Dennis Grinde has extensive experience in operations management, primarily recognized for the role of Operations Manager at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City since July 2018. Prior to this, Dennis served in the US Army for over 14 years, attaining various leadership roles including Director of Operations, where oversight of a 700-member organization and management of military equipment valued at $130M were key responsibilities. Notable achievements include leading cross-functional teams to create strategic initiatives and complex training exercises while maintaining budgetary constraints and operational readiness. Dennis holds a Master of Science Administration from Central Michigan University and a Master's degree in Military Operations Arts and Sciences from the U.S. Army School of Advanced Military Studies, among other military and academic credentials.
