Anton Djurdjevic, FCIP, CRM, serves as Senior Manager of Underwriting Operations at TD Insurance since January 2016, focusing on national profitability, aligning with risk appetite, process improvements, customer experience, and collaboration with Client Contact Centers and Claims teams. Previously, Anton held managerial roles at TD Insurance from July 2001 to January 2016, guiding teams in Insurance Support Services and Inbound Sales and Service, while emphasizing employee engagement and client satisfaction. Beginning the career as a Customer Consultant at RSA, Anton provided underwriting advice for personal lines. Anton holds a Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional designation in Risk Management from the Insurance Institute of Canada and an Insurance Diploma from Mohawk College, alongside ongoing studies in the Canadian Securities Course.
