Kelsey Lackie has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Environmental Systems Design, Inc. since August 2015. Responsibilities include benefits administration, payroll support, new hire orientation, and maintaining the HRIS, among other HR-related tasks. Prior roles at the same company included Human Resources Coordinator and Human Resources Generalist, where Kelsey managed onboarding, employee recognition programs, and recruitment support. Kelsey began a career in human resources after working as an Administrative Assistant, providing vital administrative support. Kelsey holds a Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Grand Valley State University.
