Jan Nousek has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jan is currently serving as the EMEA Head of Account Management at Bloomreach since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Growth Officer at SatoshiLabs from April 2020 to November 2021.

Jan also had a notable tenure at LMC, where they held multiple positions. Jan served as the Acting Country Manager Poland from January 2020 to April 2020, Sales Director Poland from July 2019 to January 2020, Business Owner from June 2018 to January 2020, Team Leader of Major Account Management & International Sales from December 2016 to May 2018, and Team Leader of Major Account Management from July 2014 to December 2016.

Before joining LMC, Jan worked as a Major Account Manager from July 2012 to June 2014, responsible for managing a portfolio of top clients and driving revenue growth. Jan also served as a Project Sales Manager from June 2011 to July 2012, managing pre-sales, sales, and post-sales activities for ATS cloud solution.

Jan started their career as a Consultant at IQ-MED from October 2010 to June 2011 and at Hays from November 2007 to July 2009.

Additionally, Jan gained early professional experience as a Student Brand Manager at Red Bull Czech Republic from December 2005 to December 2007.

Jan Nousek started their education journey at the University of Hotel Management in 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management in 2008. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Management at Prague University of Economics and Business from 2009 to 2013. Although they did not complete their Master's degree, they gained substantial knowledge in the field of Management. Most recently, in 2021, Jan Nousek became an Absolvent at the Institute of Systemic Coaching, indicating the successful completion of a program or course at the institution.
