Austin O'Brien is a B2B Sales Manager at Blix Electric Bikes, a rapidly growing ebike brand in the US, since August 2020. Prior to this role, Austin served as Shop Manager and Assistant Chocolate Maker at White Label Chocolate from November 2017 to August 2020, managing day-to-day operations for an internationally awarded artisanal chocolate company. Austin also held positions as Chef De Partie at Din.co, where responsibilities included preparing gourmet dishes and working collaboratively in high-pressure situations, and as a Front of House Representative for ITH Hospitality, handling food service and catering operations. Austin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Albright College, attained between 2012 and 2014.
