Morgan DeBaun is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Blavity Inc., a company dedicated to developing product solutions and media for Black consumers. Under leadership at Blavity Inc. since September 2014, Morgan has also contributed strategically as an Advisory Board Member at PepsiCo and American Airlines, focusing on enhancing the multicultural customer travel experience. Additionally, Morgan founded the WorkSmart Advisor Program to provide angel investing and executive advising to Black entrepreneurs. Morgan serves on the Advisory Board of the Black Economic Alliance and was previously a member of the Board of Advisors for CES. Morgan holds a BA in Political Science and Entrepreneurship from Washington University in St. Louis, earned between 2008 and 2012.
