Jae Cho

Head Sushi Chef at Blau & Associates

Jae Cho has a history of working in the sushi industry. Jae started as a Sushi cook at Miku Restaurant in 2012 and worked there until 2015. After that, they joined Fairmont Pacific Rim as a Sushi 2nd cook from 2015 to 2020. Currently, they work as a Head Sushi Chef at Blau & Associates, starting in 2020. Before that, they held the position of Sushi Sous Chef at the same company from 2020 to 2021.

Jae Cho attended Niagara College from 2011 to 2012, where they pursued a degree in Culinary Management with a focus on Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
