Anne Lehmus began their work experience as a Graduate Trainee at Mikkeli Polytechnic in 2004. Anne then worked as a Tester at Elan IT from 2004 to 2006. From 2006 to 2008, Anne was a (Senior) Test Engineer at Nokia. Anne was then promoted to Test Team Lead at Nokia from 2008 to 2011. Anne joined Accenture in 2011 as a Test Specialist and worked there until 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they worked at Microsoft as a Senior Software Engineer, where they gained experience in Python coding and requirements modeling. Anne then joined Blancco Technology Group in 2016 as a Senior Test Engineer.

Anne Lehmus completed their education at Mikkeli University of Applied Sciences from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a degree in Engineering with a focus on Computer Science and Media Technology. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including the Learn JavaScript Course from Codecademy in April 2021, the ISTQB Certified Advanced Technical Test Analyst from the Finnish Software Testing Board FiSTB in October 2018, and the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from MoreSteam.com LLC in December 2004. It is unclear whether they have obtained the ISTQB Foundation Certificate in Software Testing as the month and year of obtaining this certification were not provided.
