Richard Turner has a diverse work experience starting as a Senior Pricing Analyst at United Airlines in 2008. Richard then worked as an Associate at BR Ventures, a venture capital fund, from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, Richard joined Windurance LLC as a Business Development Manager for six months. In 2014, they became Chairman & CEO of Blackstone Advanced Technologies LLC. Currently, they hold the position of President at Ulrich Fabrication since October 2021.

Richard Turner attended Cornell University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate. Richard later pursued their Master of Business Administration at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management from 2011 to 2013, specializing in Finance.
