David Parker currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent at Blackford County Schools since November 2021. Prior to this role, David Parker was the Principal at Norwell High School from June 2018 to November 2021 and held the position of Vice President at Crosswinds for a brief period in 2017. David Parker also directed leadership development at Lifeline Youth & Family Services for one year, and served as Principal at Whitko High School from July 2009 to January 2016. David Parker earned a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Administration from Purdue University Fort Wayne between 2003 and 2008, and a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts Education and Psychology from Taylor University from 1991 to 1995.
