Charles T. has worked in various roles throughout their career. Charles started in 2002 as a Managing Director at Edgeview Partners LLC, where they worked until 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as an Independent Contractor. In 2012, they became the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Hawke Aerospace Holdings, a position they held until 2013. Charles then moved on to Frontier Services Group Ltd, where they first worked as the Vice President of Business Development for a few months in 2014, and then became the Chief Financial Officer from 2014 to 2017.
