Ole Sebastian Rolland currently works at Pareto Securities in the Investment Banking | DCM Syndicate role since April 2024. Prior to this position, Ole facilitated the exchange of renewable energy commodities as a Renewable Energy Broker at Cleanworld AS from August 2023 to April 2024. Ole has extensive experience in sports, serving as the Head of Communications at Idrettslaget Bjarg, alongside roles as a football player, coach, and caretaker. Additional professional experience includes a Summer Intern position at Capgemini Invent, as well as contributions to Tryg Norge's board of innovation and customer consulting at Widerøe Ground Handling AS. Ole possesses a Master’s degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics, complemented by an MBA from IPADE Business School.
