Tony Elias is an experienced professional in the foundry and technical services industry, currently serving as a Foundry Technical Advisor at Black Cat Wear Parts since September 2023. Previously, Tony held the position of Director of Quality & Technical Liaison at Anhui Yingliu USA, Inc. from April 2014 to September 2023. Prior to that role, Tony worked as Technical Director and Managing Partner at NIS-TE Consulting, focusing on outsourcing and offshoring from May 2013 to April 2014. Tony’s extensive background includes a long tenure at Sivyer Steel Corporation, where responsibilities included serving as Technical Services Manager from March 1989 to May 2013. Tony holds a degree from Western Illinois University.
