Willem Ten Asbroek has a wealth of experience in business process improvement and management. Willem began their career in 2005 as a Trainee at ArvinMeritor, followed by a role as an Industrial Engineer at Foot Locker. In 2007, they joined Bodycote as a Workflow Controller, then Business Process Improvement Manager, and finally Interim Plant Manager. In 2011, they were a Business Development Manager Operations at Deli Maatschappij. In 2013, they became Managing Director at Invar Systems BV. In 2015, they were a Business Development Manager at Bizbloqs Management Solutions BV and an Independent Business Process Improvement Consultant at WTA Holding BV.

Willem Ten Asbroek obtained a Master of Science in Business Management & Supply Chain Management from the University of Twente in 2005, after completing a degree in Marketing & Chemistry from Saxion University of Applied Sciences in 2000.
