Wilfred Enciso has over 17 years of experience in manufacturing and distribution operations. Currently serving as the Director of Plant Operations at Bivar since June 2006, Wilfred is responsible for the planning and execution of operations, focusing on inventory management to enhance real-time accuracy. Prior to this role, Wilfred worked as the Warehouse Manager at Brembo Brake from June 2001 to June 2006, where responsibilities included inventory management and overseeing daily shipping and receiving operations. Wilfred holds a degree from California State University, Fullerton.
