Lucas Sykes has been working in the Human Resources field since 2016. Lucas began their career as a Family Support Worker at Metropolitan Family Services, where they maintained client files, entered client information into information management systems, and documented case notes. In 2018, Sykes became a Human Resources Generalist at Alliance for Audited Media, where they provided support to hiring managers, candidates, and staff in the areas of employment processing, benefits administration, and employee relations.
