Aaliyah Moore, MS, currently serves as the Director of Student Success at Jefferson State Community College since October 2022 and has been a First-Year Student Success Advisor at Birmingham-Southern College since July 2019. Previous roles include Coordinator of Multicultural Support at Arkansas Tech University from June 2018 to June 2019, where responsibilities included developing and implementing initiatives focused on student retention and support for underrepresented populations. Additionally, Aaliyah was a Graduate Research Assistant at Mississippi State University from January to June 2018 and worked as an Internal Communications Intern at The Coca-Cola Company during the summer of 2016. Aaliyah's educational background includes a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Mississippi State University.
