Kevin Costa is currently serving as the Athletics and Academic Success Assistant at Lake Erie College, where responsibilities include assisting the Assistant Director of Athletics for Compliance and Rules Education. Previous roles at Lake Erie College include Game Day Operations and an NCAA Compliance and Rules Education Intern, where Kevin Costa improved operational efficiency through student NCAA eligibility evaluations. In March 2024, Kevin assumed the position of Merchandise & Operations Manager for the Lake County Captains, a High-A Affiliate for the Cleveland Guardians, overseeing inventory and online store management. Kevin Costa's work experience also includes a role at DICK'S Sporting Goods and as a Stockroom Worker at Catalina Express. Kevin holds a degree in Sport Studies with a minor in Communications from Lake Erie College and is pursuing a Master of Education in Coaching.
