Anamika Kaythwas is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within human resources. Currently serving as HR Manager - Asia at Birla Carbon, Anamika has previously held positions at Aditya Birla Capital, including HR Business Partner for the SELECT Business - B2D Channel, Corporate HR in the Relationship Business, and JAE Manager for Compensation & Benefits. Anamika's early career includes roles as an Executive Member for Visual Branding and Placement Operations at the Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi, and involvement in the core marketing team for TEDxIIMRanchi. Anamika completed a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi, and holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Rajasthan College of Engineering for Women.
