Elina Stephan has over three decades of experience in Human Resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at L&L Products since June 2002. In this role, Elina provides support and advice to managers on various HR topics for a workforce of 150 employees, encompassing social legislation, professional mobility, and annual reviews. Key responsibilities include recruitment, implementation of HR projects like the right to disconnect agreement and employee satisfaction surveys, management of disciplinary cases, and optimization of HR processes. Prior to this position, Elina worked at The Dow Chemical Company as the Responsable Formation France and Assistant HR, and held roles at CIC and Deckert Patrimoine Conseil in different capacities.
