Michał Stefański has over 15 years of experience in account management and sales support across various sectors. Currently serving as Account Manager for Poland and Eastern Europe at BIRKENSTOCK GmbH & Co. KG since October 2020, Michał previously held the position of Account Manager Key Account at Sport&Freizeit for 11 years, focusing on pre-order allocation, key account support, staff and product training, and conducting trade negotiations with sporting goods retailers. Additional experience includes a role in the Sales Support Department at Netia, providing back-office support to field sales representatives, and a position at Tele2, where Michał ensured quality control in contact centers and provided training for selling teams.
