Sushant Singh has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Sushant started their career at Capgemini, where they worked as an Analyst from November 2017 to December 2018. Sushant then progressed to the role of Senior Software Analyst from January 2019 to January 2020. In January 2020, they transitioned to the position of Associate Consultant, which lasted until May 2020. Later, they joined CRISIL Global Research & Analytics as an Analyst in May 2020 and worked there until November 2021. Currently, Sushant is working as a Senior Salesforce Engineer at Birdeye since November 2021.

Sushant Singh pursued their education at Amity University from 2013 to 2017, earning a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Information Technology. Additionally, they obtained several certifications from Salesforce, namely Salesforce Certified Administrator in October 2019, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification in September 2020, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I in February 2021, and finally, Salesforce Certified Associate in May 2023.
