James joined Biotherapy Services from The Royal London Hospital Barts Health NHS Trust where he was Deputy Chief Pharmacist. James has over 17 years of NHS & Academic pharmaceutical manufacturing experience across product development, clinical trials, scale-up, and operations.

He is an expert advisor to the British Pharmacopeia, with key interests in rapidly translating promising research into treatments to benefit patients.
