Anastasiya Makova has extensive experience in marketing and strategic development. Anastasiya currently holds the position of Marketing Director at Biosphere Corporation. Prior to this role, they worked as an Executive in Residence at UARM™, where they were responsible for marketing team hiring, coaching, and strategic sessions. Before that, they served as the Director of Strategic Development at Українська Броня™, where they provided consulting services in strategic marketing and business development in Ukraine. As the Chief Marketing Officer at SHABO, Anastasiya played a key role in brand and product portfolio strategic development and oversaw the successful launch of new wines and the growth of the e-commerce website revenue. Anastasiya also held the position of Marketing Director for the Logitech brand at ASBIS, where they supervised marketing efforts and collaborated with sales teams across the EMEA region. Additionally, Anastasiya served as the CEO of Starcom|Spark Foundry at VivaKi on a year-long contract, leading the agency team, optimizing work processes, and overseeing recruitment. Anastasiya also worked as the Strategic Media Planning & Innovations Director at StarLightMedia, where they built a new business department, managed key accounts, and led a team. Early in their career, Anastasiya held the positions of Senior Strategic Planner at Dentsu Aegis Network Ukraine, Media Account Manager at MAXIMA Kiev, and Head of Research Department and Research Manager at Creative Media Service.
Anastasiya Makova has a PhD in Econometric modelling from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. Anastasiya also holds a MA in Economics and a BA in Economics from the same institution. These degrees were earned between 1999 and 2007.
