Noelle Griffin possesses extensive experience in medical affairs and leadership within the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Global Medical Head of Nephrology at Biogen since September 2024, Griffin previously held the position of Vice President, Head of Medical and Scientific Affairs at Freenome and Vice President, Head of Global Medical Affairs for Sickle Cell Disease at Pfizer. A career marked by progressive leadership roles, Griffin has contributed significantly to organizations such as Global Blood Therapeutics, Aimmune Therapeutics, and Genentech, focusing on medical strategy and drug launch support in various therapeutic areas including immunology and respiratory conditions. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Molecular Medicine and a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours in Pharmacology, Chemistry, and Biostatistics from University College Dublin.
