Victoria Kazanskaya is an expert in HR projects and has been with BIOCAD since February 2019. Currently serving as an Expert in the HR Projects Unit, Victoria previously held the position of Principal Training Specialist in the Professional Training Unit from August 2021 to April 2023, focusing on the design of educational projects and environments specifically for R&D employees. Victoria holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Analytics in the Public Sector from the Higher School of Economics, obtained between 2016 and 2020.
