Shane Ashworth is a seasoned project implementation manager with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently at Surest since September 2019, Shane leads client-specific implementation plans and facilitates successful onboarding experiences. Previous roles include Implementation & Renewal Management Leader at Surest, where Shane acted as an implementation process expert and provided leadership to project managers. Prior to this, Shane worked at Meritain Health in various implementation-centric positions, including Project Implementation Manager and Sr. Implementation Manager, overseeing the successful management of new client group health plans.
