Muhammad Faldy Rachmadsyah UP has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Muhammad Faldy started their career as a Finance Intern at PT. Lektrika Karyatama in 2016 and later worked as an Account Manager at Rubyh.co in 2017. In 2018, they joined CV. Tirta Mekar as a Business Operations Assistant Manager. In 2020, Muhammad became a Business Operations Manager at PT. Gamma Utama Sejati. Muhammad Faldy then co-founded Villa Jo! Cisarua in 2019. Currently, Muhammad is working as a Market Intelligence Analyst at Binar Academy and holds the position of Research Lead there as well.

Muhammad Faldy Rachmadsyah UP attended Purwadhika Digital Technology School in 2022, where they specialized in Data Analytics. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2015, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in International Business Management at the University of Bradford. In 2012, they also completed an Advanced Diploma in Business Management with a focus on International Business at the Management Development Institute of Singapore.
