Bahadır Bozkurt serves as the Founder Director of the Technology Transfer Office at İstanbul Yeni Yüzyıl Üniversitesi since April 2022, overseeing key modules set by TUBITAK related to technology transfer and entrepreneurship. Previously, Bahadır was a Senior Researcher at İstanbul Arel Üniversitesi Polimer Teknolojiler ve Kompozit Uygulama ve Araştırma Merkezi, where responsibilities included project coordination for advanced engineering materials. At Doğuş Üniversitesi, Bahadır contributed to research on urban asymmetric terrorism and ballistic products, focusing on material development. Bahadır also worked as a Quality Engineer at Ballı Metal and a Senior Cost Analyst at MARTUR FOMPAK International, gaining expertise in quality management and cost analysis in the automotive sector. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from İstanbul University-Cerrahpaşa, as well as multiple engineering degrees from various institutions.
