Paula Gbaal is a seasoned professional with a background in business development and marketing. Currently serving as a Business Development Executive at BIMA Ghana since June 2022, Paula previously held positions as a Marketing Assistant at Clean Team Ghana from November 2018 to April 2021, and as a Vodafone Cash Outbound Agent at Vodafone, where duties included resolving customer inquiries and educating users on the service. Paula began a career as a Field Officer at the Economic and Organized Crime Office, focusing on taxation and revenue research. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Research and Development Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of Cape Coast.
