Cara Weeks is currently serving as the People Engagement Program Manager at Unum since May 2023, following nearly two decades of progressive experience within the company. Prior roles included Mobility Program Manager, Senior Business Specialist in HR, Senior HR Representative, HR Service Center Representative, Benefits Center Coordinator, Benefits Center Representative II, and Benefits Center Assistant. Throughout these roles, Cara Weeks demonstrated expertise in managing immigration support programs, developing and facilitating relocation and onboarding policies, and providing comprehensive HR support while advocating for improved employee experiences. Cara Weeks holds a Bachelor's degree in HR Administration from the University of Phoenix, obtained between 2011 and 2014.
