Sencer Kutluğ is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the technology and business development sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Bilyoner since October 2022, Sencer previously held significant roles at Google from June 2011 to September 2022, including Head of Gaming, Apps & Startups, and Head of Client Solutions & Data Analytics. Earlier career positions include Director of Business Development at Tez Tour and various roles at Citrix Systems, Inc. involving software development management.
