Aleksandra Adamska is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and operations. Currently serving as a People Manager at Billennium since December 2023, Aleksandra is involved in recruitment, employee onboarding, and development coordination, alongside overseeing salary negotiations and project changes. Prior experience includes over a decade at Objectivity | Part of Accenture, where Aleksandra held various roles, culminating as Assistants Guild Master, managing a team of assistants and coordinating daily tasks for a COO-Board Member. Aleksandra's earlier career includes significant administrative roles at Casus Finanse Sp. z o.o., Whirlpool Corporation, TU EUROPA SA, and Volvo Group. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Economics from the Poznan University of Economics And Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Banking from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Wrocław.
