Mary Grace Bondoc is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in full cycle recruiting and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Director of Recruitment at Outsourced since June 2015, Mary Grace Bondoc has effectively partnered with company leaders to address hiring needs for local and offshore divisions. Previously, Mary Grace Bondoc held various roles at Kaisa Consulting from July 2013 to June 2015, where responsibilities included filling vacancies, managing the hiring process, and providing orientation for new hires. Earlier experience at Accenture from June 2010 to June 2013 involved sourcing candidates for diverse outsourcing projects. Mary Grace Bondoc holds a BS in Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University and the Philippine Normal University.
