Kristin Robinson is a seasoned professional in the music industry, currently serving as a Senior Writer and Music Publishing Reporter at Billboard since July 2021. Previously, Kristin worked as a Junior Publicist at 10K Projects and contributed as a Freelance Writer for Variety, where involvement in notable events like the SXSW and Sundance Film Festival took place. Early career experiences include roles as a Disk Jockey at KXSC Radio and various internships at Columbia Records, Fender Musical Instruments Corporation, Atlantic Records, and Live Nation, where Kristin honed skills in publicity, artist relations, and licensing. Kristin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Industry from the University of Southern California, complemented by music studies at Berklee College of Music and a study abroad program at the University of Sussex.
